SB3 Passed by the PA House 149-43
Today was a historical day!!
The PA House of Representatives finally brought SB3 to a vote and passed it 149-43!!! It will be sent to the Senate committee next Monday, March 21st, and then Governor Wolf should have it on his desk and signed by next week!!
This is such a great victory for all those across the Commonwealth who want safe and legal access to medical cannabis. A huge thank you goes out to all the amazing advocates who have work tirelessly over the past years in order to achieve this milestone!! Thank you to Senator Mike Folmer, Rep. Mike Regan, Rep. Nick Miccarelli, and numerous other Representatives who took the floor over the past three days to speak in support of SB3.
