SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (ABC4 Utah) - A dramatic statement behind the Olpin Union Building at the University of Utah.
8 thousand pinwheels form an American flag.
The pinwheels represent the 8 thousand veterans who commit suicide each year while suffering from PTSD.
It’s all part of an Eagle Scout project by Caeden Bauer from Troop 1966. He wants to honor those vets and draw attention to the problem of PTSD.
