Second Hearing on SB1182: The Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Act
Senator McIlhinney announced that the PA Senate Law and Justice Committee will be hosting a second hearing on Senators Folmer and Leach’s medical marijuana bill SB1182. Testimony from the first hearing was streamed online and is still available to watch. The second hearing will be June 10th at 10:00AM. The exact room will be: North Office Building Hearing Room 1. The committee will hear testimony from patients, medical professionals, advocates, and scientific researchers, and will also be to discuss some administrative changes (nothing that would affect the substance of the bill though).
